The Three Visitors
Then the LORD appeared to Abraham by the Oaks 1of Mamre in the heat of the day, while he was sitting at the entrance of his tent. Gen 14:13Gen 13:18Gen 48:3Act 7:2Gen 17:22Gen 26:22Ch 1:7Gen 17:1-3 And Abraham looked up and saw three men standing nearby. When he saw them, he ran from the entrance of his tent to meet them and bowed low to the ground. Heb 13:2Gen 18:22Gen 19:1Jdg 13:3Gen 23:7Gen 18:16Gen 32:24Gen 43:26
“My lord,” said Abraham, “if I have found favor in your sight, please do not pass your servant by. Gen 32:5 Let a little water be brought, that you may wash your feet and rest yourselves under the tree. Gen 19:2Gen 24:32Gen 43:24Luk 7:441Sa 25:41Jhn 13:5-151Ti 5:10 And I will bring a bit of bread so that you may refresh yourselves. This is why you have passed your servant’s way. After that, you may continue on your way.” Psa 104:15Jdg 13:15Jdg 6:18Gen 19:8Gen 33:10Jdg 19:5Mat 6:11Isa 3:1
“Yes,” they replied, “you may do as you have said.”
So Abraham hurried into the tent and said to Sarah, “Quick! Prepare three seahs of fine flour, 2 knead it, and bake some bread.” Gal 5:13Mat 13:33Rom 12:131Pe 4:9Act 16:15Heb 13:2Isa 32:8Luk 10:38-40
Meanwhile, Abraham ran to the herd, selected a tender and choice calf, and gave it to a servant, who hurried to prepare it. Sarah Laughs at the Promise
“Where is your wife Sarah?” they asked. Tit 2:5Gen 24:67Gen 4:9Gen 31:33
“There, in the tent,” he replied.
Then the LORD said, “I will surely return to you at this time next year, and your wife Sarah will have a son!” Gen 21:2Gen 17:21Rom 9:8-92Ki 4:16-17Gen 17:16Gen 17:19Gal 4:23Gal 4:28
Now Sarah was behind him, listening at the entrance to the tent. And Abraham and Sarah were already old and well along in years; Sarah had passed the age of childbearing. Gen 17:17Heb 11:11-12Luk 1:36Rom 4:18-21Gen 17:24Heb 11:19Lev 15:19Luk 1:18 So she laughed to herself, saying, “After I am worn out and my master is old, will I now have this pleasure?” 1Pe 3:6Gen 17:17Luk 1:18-20Gen 18:13Gen 21:6-7Luk 1:34-35Eph 5:33Heb 11:11-12
And the LORD asked Abraham, “Why did Sarah laugh and say, ‘Can I really bear a child when I am old?’ Jhn 2:25 Is anything too difficult for the LORD? At the appointed time I will return to you—in about a year—and Sarah will have a son.” 3 Luk 1:37Mat 19:26Mrk 10:27Jer 32:27Eph 3:20Job 42:2Php 4:13Jer 32:17
But Sarah was afraid, so she denied it and said, “I did not laugh.” Pro 28:131Jn 1:8Eph 4:23Psa 44:21Gen 12:13Gen 4:9Jhn 18:17Jhn 18:25-27

Abraham Intercedes for Sodom
When the men got up to leave, they looked out over Sodom, and Abraham walked along with them to see them off. Act 21:53Jn 1:6Act 15:3Act 20:38Rom 15:24
And the LORD said, “Shall I hide from Abraham what I am about to do? Then the LORD said, “The outcry against Sodom and Gomorrah is great. Once again Abraham spoke to the LORD, “Suppose forty are found there?” Eph 6:18Heb 4:16
