Ahinoam

The daughter of Ahimaaz and wife of King Saul (1 Samuel 14:50).

A Jezreelite woman who became David’s wife after Saul took back his daughter Michal and married her to Palti (1 Samuel 25:43–44). In Hebron, Ahinoam became the mother of David’s oldest son, Amnon (2 Samuel 3:2; 1 Chronicles 3:1).
