Atroth-Beth-Joab

A town in Judah near Bethlehem (1 Chronicles 2:54).

The Hebrew word ‘ataroth means “crowns.” So, some scholars think that the phrase may refer to Salma’s descendants as chiefs of Joab’s clan.
