Children of God
Children of God is a biblical term for people who belong to God and live in a close relationship with God. In the New Testament, those who receive Christ and trust in him are called God’s children (John 1:12; Romans 8:14–17; 1 John 3:1–2).
The title shows that believers are members of God’s family. They receive God's love, care, and inheritance. It also points to their calling to reflect God’s character in the way they live.
