Koa

Koa was a people group that probably lived northeast of Babylonia. Koa is named with Babylon, Pekod, and Shoa as one of the peoples that would attack Jerusalem as instruments of God’s judgment on Israel (Ezekiel 23:23). They may be the Qutu, mentioned often in Assyrian inscriptions.
