Olivet

Olivet is another name for the Mount of Olives, a ridge east of Jerusalem. The name appears in some English Bibles at Acts 1:12, where Jesus ascended to heaven, and in older versions at 2 Samuel 15:30. The Gospels call the same place the Mount of Olives and connect it with the teaching, prayer, and final days of Jesus before his crucifixion.
