அங்கே யெகோவாவுக்கு ஒரு பலிபீடத்தைக் கட்டி, சர்வாங்க தகனபலிகளையும் சமாதான பலிகளையும் செலுத்தி, யெகோவாவை நோக்கி விண்ணப்பம்செய்தான்; அப்பொழுது அவர் வானத்திலிருந்து சர்வாங்க தகனபலிபீடத்தின்மேல் இறங்கின அக்கினியினால் அவனுக்கு மறுஉத்திரவு கொடுத்ததுமல்லாமல்,

And there he built an altar to the LORD and offered burnt offerings and peace offerings. He called upon the LORD, who answered him with fire from heaven on the altar of burnt offering.
