நான் உற்சாகமாக அப்படிச் செய்தால் எனக்குப் பலன் உண்டு; உற்சாகம் இல்லாதவனாகச் செய்தாலும், மேற்பார்வையாளர் பதவி எனக்கு ஒப்புவிக்கப்பட்டிருக்கிறதே.

If my preaching is voluntary, I have a reward. But if it is not voluntary, I am still entrusted with a responsibility.
