நம்முடைய பாவங்களை நிவர்த்தி செய்கிற பாவநிவாரணபலி அவரே; நம்முடைய பாவங்களைமட்டும் அல்ல, முழு உலகத்தின் பாவங்களையும் நிவர்த்தி செய்கிற பலியாக இருக்கிறார்.
