சோதோம் கொமோரா என்னும் பட்டணங்களையும் சாம்பலாக்கிக் கவிழ்த்துப்போட்டு, தண்டனைக்குள்ளாகத் தீர்த்து, பிற்காலத்திலே அவபக்தியாக நடப்பவர்களுக்கு அவைகளை உதாரணமாக வைத்து;

if He condemned the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah to destruction, reducing them to ashes as an example of what is coming on the ungodly;
