அவனைப் பிடித்து சிறைச்சாலையிலே வைத்து, பஸ்காபண்டிகைக்குப்பின்பு மக்களுக்கு முன்பாக அவனை வெளியே கொண்டுவரலாம் என்று நினைத்து, அவனைக் காவல்காக்கும்படி நான்கு போர்வீரர்கள் அடங்கிய நான்கு படைக் குழுவினரிடம் ஒப்படைத்தான்.

He arrested him and put him in prison, handing him over to be guarded by four squads of four soldiers each. Herod intended to bring him out to the people after the Passover.
