மனித இனமான எல்லா மக்களையும் அவர் ஒரே இரத்தத்தினாலே உண்டாக்கி, பூமியெங்கும் குடியிருக்கச்செய்து, முன் தீர்மானிக்கப்பட்ட காலங்களையும் அவர்கள் குடியிருக்கும் எல்லைகளையும் குறித்திருக்கிறார்;

From one man He made every nation of men, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and He determined their appointed times and the boundaries of their lands.
