இஸ்ரவேலர்கள் எல்லோரும் உமது நியாயப்பிரமாணத்தை மீறி, உமது சத்தத்திற்குச் செவிகொடுக்காமல் விலகிப்போனார்கள். அவருக்கு விரோதமாகப் பாவஞ்செய்தோம்; ஆகையால் தேவனுடைய தாசனாகிய மோசேயின் நியாயப்பிரமாணப் புத்தகத்தில் எழுதியிருக்கிற சாபமும் கட்டளையிடப்பட்ட தண்டனையும் எங்கள்மேல் ஊற்றப்பட்டன.

All Israel has transgressed Your law and turned away, refusing to obey Your voice; so the oath and the curse written in the Law of Moses the servant of God has been poured out on us, because we have sinned against You.
