உபாகமம் 13:9 Deuteronomy 13:9

அவனைக் கொலை செய்துவிடவேண்டும்; அவனைக் கொலைசெய்வதற்கு, முதலில் உன் கையும் பின்பு சகல மக்களின் கைகளும் அவன்மேல் இருப்பதாக.

Instead, you must surely kill him. Your hand must be the first against him to put him to death, and then the hands of all the people.
