உபாகமம் 16:18 Deuteronomy 16:18

“உன் தேவனாகிய யெகோவா உன் கோத்திரங்கள்தோறும் உனக்குக் கொடுக்கும் வாசல்களிலெல்லாம், நியாயாதிபதிகளையும் தலைவர்களையும் ஏற்படுத்துவாயாக; அவர்கள் நீதியுடன் மக்களுக்கு நியாயத்தீர்ப்புச் செய்யக்கடவர்கள்.

You are to appoint judges and officials for your tribes in every town that the LORD your God is giving you. They are to judge the people with righteous judgment.
