அன்றியும் அதிபதிகள் மக்களை நோக்கி: புதுவீட்டைக் கட்டி, அதை அர்ப்பணம் செய்யாதிருக்கிறவன் எவனோ, அவன் தன் வீட்டுக்குத் திரும்பிப்போகக்கடவன்; அவன் போரிலே இறந்தால் வேறொருவன் அதை அர்ப்பணம் செய்யவேண்டியதாகும்.
