உபாகமம் 26:5 Deuteronomy 26:5

அப்பொழுது நீ உன் தேவனாகிய யெகோவாவுடைய சந்நிதியில் நின்று அறிக்கையிட்டுச் சொல்லவேண்டியது என்னவென்றால்: என் தகப்பன் அழிவுக்கு நேரான சீரியா தேசத்தானாக இருந்தான்; அவன் கொஞ்சம் மக்களுடன் எகிப்திற்குப் போய், அவ்விடத்தில் அந்நியனாகக் குடியிருந்து, அங்கே பெரிய பலத்த எண்ணிக்கை மிகுந்த மக்கள் கூட்டமானான்.

and you are to declare before the LORD your God, “My father was a wandering Aramean, and he went down to Egypt few in number and lived there and became a great nation, mighty and numerous.
