அவன் வேறொரு பெண்ணைத் தனக்கென்று நியமித்தால், இவளுக்குரிய உணவு, உடை, திருமண உரிமை ஆகிய இவைகளில் குறைவுசெய்யாமல் இருக்கவேண்டும்.

If he takes another wife, he must not reduce the food, clothing, or marital rights of his first wife.
