ஒருவன் பிறனிடம் எதையாவது இரவலாக வாங்கியிருந்தால், அதற்குரியவன் கூட இல்லாதபோது, அது காயப்பட்டாலும், செத்துப்போனாலும், அவன் அதற்கு ஈடுசெய்யவேண்டும்.
