அவர்களை எகிப்தியர்களின் கைகளுக்கு விடுதலையாக்கவும், அவர்களை அந்த தேசத்திலிருந்து நீக்கி, கானானியர்களும், ஏத்தியர்களும், எமோரியர்களும், பெரிசியர்களும், ஏவியர்களும், எபூசியர்களும் இருக்கிற இடமாகிய செழிப்பான நலமும் விசாலமுமான தேசத்தில் கொண்டுபோய்ச் சேர்க்கவும் இறங்கினேன்.

I have come down to rescue them from the hand of the Egyptians and to bring them up out of that land to a good and spacious land, a land flowing with milk and honey—the home of the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites, and Jebusites.
