மக்கள் விசுவாசித்தார்கள்; யெகோவா இஸ்ரவேலர்களைச் சந்தித்தார் என்றும், அவர்களுடைய உபத்திரவங்களைக் கண்ணோக்கிப் பார்த்தார் என்றும், அவர்கள் கேட்டபோது, தலைகுனிந்து தொழுதுகொண்டார்கள்.
