பார்வோன் விசாரித்து, இஸ்ரவேல் மக்களின் மிருகஜீவன்களில் ஒன்றுகூட சாகவில்லை என்று அறிந்தான். பார்வோனுடைய இருதயமோ கடினப்பட்டது; அவன் மக்களைப் போகவிடவில்லை.
