அவர்கள் எனக்கும் தங்களுக்கும் நடுவே ஒரு சுவர் இருக்கும்படி, தங்களுடைய வாசற்படியை என்னுடைய வாசற்படி அருகிலும், தங்கவாசல் நிலைகளை என்னுடைய வாசல்நிலைகள் அருகிலும் சேர்த்து, என்னுடைய பரிசுத்தப் பெயரை தாங்கள் செய்த அருவருப்புகளினால் தீட்டுப்படுத்தினார்கள்; ஆகையால் என்னுடைய கோபத்திலே அவர்களை நாசமாக்கினேன்.

When they placed their threshold next to My threshold and their doorposts beside My doorposts, with only a wall between Me and them, they defiled My holy name by the abominations they committed. Therefore I have consumed them in My anger.
