யெகோவாகிய ஆண்டவர் சொல்லுகிறது என்னவென்றால்: இஸ்ரவேல் மக்களின் நடுவில் இருக்கிற எல்லா அந்நியர்களிலோ கீழ்படியாத இருதயமும் விருத்தசேதனமில்லாத மாம்சமுமுள்ள அந்நியர் ஒருவனும் என்னுடைய பரிசுத்த ஸ்தலத்திற்குள் நுழைவதில்லை.

This is what the Lord GOD says: No foreigner uncircumcised in heart and flesh may enter My sanctuary—not even a foreigner who lives among the Israelites.
