பகலையும் இரவையும் ஆளவும், வெளிச்சத்திற்கும் இருளுக்கும் வித்தியாசம் உண்டாக்கவும், தேவன் அவைகளை வானம் என்கிற ஆகாயவிரிவிலே வைத்தார்; தேவன் அது நல்லது என்று கண்டார்.
