பின்னும் அவர்கள்: “நாம் பூமியெங்கும் சிதறிப்போகாதபடி, நமக்கு ஒரு நகரத்தையும், வானத்தைத் தொடுமளவு ஒரு கோபுரத்தையும் கட்டி, நமக்குப் பெயர் உண்டாகச் செய்வோம் வாருங்கள்” என்று சொல்லிக்கொண்டார்கள்.

“Come,” they said, “let us build for ourselves a city with a tower that reaches to the heavens, that we may make a name for ourselves and not be scattered over the face of all the earth.”
