தப்பியோடின ஒருவன் எபிரெயனாகிய ஆபிராமிடத்தில் வந்து அதைத் தெரிவித்தான்; ஆபிராம் தன்னுடன் உடன்படிக்கை செய்திருந்த மனிதர்களாகிய எஸ்கோலுக்கும், ஆநேருக்கும் சகோதரனாகிய மம்ரே என்னும் எமோரியனுடைய சமபூமியிலே அப்பொழுது குடியிருந்தான்.
