அப்படியே அன்று இரவிலும் தங்கள் தகப்பனுக்கு மதுவைக் குடிக்கக் கொடுத்தார்கள். அப்பொழுது இளையவள் எழுந்துபோய், அவனோடு உறவுகொண்டாள்; அவள் உறவுகொண்டதையும் எழுந்திருந்ததையும் அவன் உணராதிருந்தான்.
