அன்று இரவிலே யெகோவா அவனுக்குக் காட்சியளித்து: “நான் உன் தகப்பனாகிய ஆபிரகாமுடைய தேவன், பயப்படாதே, நான் உன்னோடுகூட இருந்து, என் ஊழியக்காரனாகிய ஆபிரகாமின் பொருட்டு உன்னை ஆசீர்வதித்து, உன் சந்ததியைப் பெருகச் செய்வேன்” என்றார்.

and that night the LORD appeared to him and said, “I am the God of your father Abraham. Do not be afraid, for I am with you. I will bless you and multiply your descendants for the sake of My servant Abraham.”
