சீதோனே, வெட்கப்படு; நான் இனிக் கர்ப்பவேதனைப்படுகிறதும் இல்லை; பெற்றெடுப்பதும் இல்லை; இளைஞர்களை வளர்க்கிறதும் இல்லை; கன்னிப்பெண்களை ஆதரிக்கிறதும் இல்லை என்று சமுத்திரக் கோட்டையான கடல்துறை சொல்கிறது.

Be ashamed, O Sidon, the stronghold of the sea, for the sea has spoken: “I have not been in labor or given birth. I have not raised young men or brought up young women.”
