நான் அவர்களில் ஒரு அடையாளத்தைக் கட்டளையிடுவேன்; அவர்களில் தப்பினவர்களை, என் புகழ்ச்சியைக் கேளாமலும், என் மகிமையைக் காணாமலுமிருக்கிற மக்களின் தேசங்களாகிய தர்ஷீசுக்கும், வில்வீரர்கள் இருக்கிற பூலுக்கும், லூதுக்கும், தூபாலுக்கும், யாவானுக்கும், தூரத்திலுள்ள தீவுகளுக்கும் அனுப்புவேன்; அவர்கள் என் மகிமையை தேசங்களுக்குள்ளே அறிவிப்பார்கள்.

I will establish a sign among them, and I will send survivors from among them to the nations—to Tarshish, Put, and the archers of Lud; to Tubal, Javan, and the islands far away who have not heard of My fame or seen My glory. So they will proclaim My glory among the nations.
