அதற்கு மறுமொழியாக: அவர்கள் தங்கள் தேவனாகிய யெகோவாவின் உடன்படிக்கையை விட்டுவிட்டு, அந்நிய தெய்வங்களைப் பணிந்துகொண்டு, அவைகளுக்கு ஆராதனை செய்ததினால் இப்படியானது என்பார்கள் என்று சொல்லுகிறார்.
