கொலைபாதகன் பொழுது விடிகிறபோது எழுந்து, ஏழையையும் தேவையுள்ளவனைக் கொன்று, இரவுநேரத்திலே திருடனைப்போல் திரிகிறான்.
When daylight is gone, the murderer rises to kill the poor and needy; in the night he is like a thief.
