யெகோவாவுடைய ஊழியக்காரனாகிய மோசே இறந்தபின்பு, யெகோவா மோசேயின் ஊழியக்காரனான நூனின் மகனாகிய யோசுவாவைப் பார்த்து:
Now after the death of His servant Moses, the LORD spoke to Joshua son of Nun, Moses’ assistant, saying,
