யெகோவா எமோரியர்களை இஸ்ரவேல் மக்களுக்கு முன்பாக ஒப்புக்கொடுக்கிற அந்த நாளிலே, யோசுவா யெகோவாவை நோக்கிப் பேசி, பின்பு இஸ்ரவேலின் கண்களுக்கு முன்பாக: சூரியனே, நீ கிபியோன்மேலும், சந்திரனே, நீ ஆயலோன் பள்ளத்தாக்கின்மேலும் நில்லுங்கள் என்றான்.
