எர்மோன் மலையையும் சல்காயிவையும், கெசூரியர்கள், மாகாத்தியர்கள் எல்லைவரைக்கும் எஸ்போனின் ராஜாவாகிய சீகோனின் எல்லையாக இருந்த பாதிக் கீலேயாத்வரைக்கும் இருக்கும் பாசான் அனைத்தையும் ஆட்சிசெய்தான்.

He ruled over Mount Hermon, Salecah, all of Bashan up to the border of the Geshurites and Maacathites, and half of Gilead to the border of Sihon king of Heshbon.
