எல்லா மக்களையும் நோக்கி: இதோ, இந்தக் கல் நமக்குள்ளே சாட்சியாக இருப்பதாக; யெகோவா நம்மோடு சொன்ன எல்லா வார்த்தைகளையும் இது கேட்டது; நீங்கள் உங்களுடைய தேவனுக்கு எதிராகப் பொய்சொல்லாதபடி, இது உங்களுக்குச் சாட்சியாக இருப்பதாக என்று சொல்லி.

And Joshua said to all the people, “You see this stone. It will be a witness against us, for it has heard all the words the LORD has spoken to us, and it will be a witness against you if you ever deny your God.”
