அதினால் கிதியோன் ஒரு ஏபோத்தை உண்டாக்கி, அதைத் தன்னுடைய ஊரான ஒப்ராவிலே வைத்தான்; இஸ்ரவேலர்கள் எல்லோரும் அதைத் தொழுதுகொண்டதால் விபசாரம் செய்தவர்களானார்கள்; அது கிதியோனுக்கும் அவன் வீட்டாருக்கும் கண்ணியானது.

From all this Gideon made an ephod, which he placed in Ophrah, his hometown. But soon all Israel prostituted themselves by worshiping it there, and it became a snare to Gideon and his household.
