“ஒருவனுக்கு அடிமையானவள் ஒரு ஆணுக்கு நியமிக்கப்பட்டவளாக இருந்து, முற்றிலும் மீட்கப்படாமலும் தன்னிச்சையாக விடப்படாமலுமிருக்க, அவளோடே ஒருவன் காம உணர்வுடன் உடலுறவுகொண்டால், அவர்கள் கொலை செய்யப்படாமல், அடிக்கப்படவேண்டும்; அவள் சுதந்திரமுள்ளவள் அல்ல.

If a man lies carnally with a slave girl promised to another man but who has not been redeemed or given her freedom, there must be due punishment. But they are not to be put to death, because she had not been freed.
