அந்த நாள் உங்கள் தேவனாகிய யெகோவாவுடைய சந்நிதியில் உங்களுக்காகப் பாவநிவிர்த்தி செய்யப்படும் பாவநிவாரண நாளாக இருக்கிறபடியால், அதிலே யாதொரு வேலையும் செய்யவேண்டாம்.

On this day you are not to do any work, for it is the Day of Atonement, when atonement is made for you before the LORD your God.
