உன் சரீரத்தின் எந்தவொரு பகுதியும் இருளடையாமல், சரீரம் முழுவதும் வெளிச்சமாக இருந்தால், ஒரு விளக்கு தன் பிரகாசத்தினாலே உனக்கு வெளிச்சம் கொடுக்கிறதுபோல உன் சரீரம் முழுவதும் வெளிச்சமாக இருக்கும் என்றார்.

So if your whole body is full of light, with no part of it in darkness, you will be radiant, as though a lamp were shining on you.”
