தாயின் வயிற்றிலிருந்து அண்ணகர்களாகப் பிறந்தவர்களும் உண்டு; மனிதர்களால் அண்ணகர்களாக்கப்பட்டவர்களும் உண்டு; பரலோக ராஜ்யத்தினிமித்தம் தங்களை அண்ணகர்களாக்கிக்கொண்டவர்களும் உண்டு; இதை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ள வல்லவன் ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளவேண்டும் என்றார்.

For there are eunuchs who were born that way; others were made that way by men; and still others live like eunuchs for the sake of the kingdom of heaven. The one who can accept this should accept it.”
