இஸ்ரவேல் மக்கள் யெகோவாவுக்கு ஏறெடுத்துப் படைக்கிற பரிசுத்த படைப்புகளையெல்லாம் உனக்கும் உன்னுடைய மகன்களுக்கும் உன்னுடைய மகள்களுக்கும் நிரந்தர கட்டளையாகக் கொடுத்தேன்; யெகோவாவுடைய சந்நிதியில் இது உனக்கும் உன்னுடைய சந்ததிக்கும் என்றைக்கும் செல்லும் மாறாத உடன்படிக்கை” என்றார்.
