“இஸ்ரவேல் மக்களின் எல்லா சபையாரையும் அவர்கள் பிதாக்களுடைய வம்சத்தின்படி இருபது வயதுமுதல் அதற்கு மேற்பட்ட இஸ்ரவேலிலே யுத்தத்திற்குப் புறப்படக்கூடியவர்கள் எல்லோரையும் எண்ணுங்கள்” என்றார்.
