ஒருவன் ஒரு கல்லை எடுத்து, சாகத்தக்கதாக ஒருவன்மேல் எறிகிறதினாலே அவன் செத்துப்போனால் கல்லெறிந்தவன் கொலைபாதகனாக இருக்கிறான்; அவன் கொலைசெய்யப்படவேண்டும்.

Or if anyone has in his hand a stone of deadly size, and he strikes and kills another, he is a murderer; the murderer must surely be put to death.
