அவர்கள் தாங்கள் செய்த பாவத்தை அறிக்கையிடவேண்டும்; அப்படிப்பட்டவன் தான் செய்த குற்றத்தினால் அபராதத்தின் முதலோடு ஐந்தில் ஒரு பங்கை அதிகமாகக் கூட்டி, தான் குற்றஞ்செய்தவனுக்குச் செலுத்தவேண்டும்.
