இந்த மாதம் பதினான்காம்தேதி மாலை வேளையாகிய குறித்த காலத்தில் அதை அனுசரிக்கவேண்டும்; அதற்குரிய எல்லாக் கட்டளையின்படியேயும் முறைகளின்படியேயும் அதை அனுசரிக்கவேண்டும் என்றார்.
