AbinadabSolomon's son-in-law, an official in his government
பற்றி · About
Abinadab, the son of Iddo, was a high-ranking official during the reign of King Solomon. He was married to Solomon's daughter Taphath, which likely strengthened his position within the royal court (1Ki.4.11). As part of Solomon's administrative structure, Abinadab was appointed as one of the twelve officers who governed various regions of Israel. He was responsible for the region of Dor, located in the western part of the country near the Mediterranean coast (1Ki.4.11). These officers were tasked with providing provisions for the king and his household, each being responsible for supplying the royal court for one month out of the year (1Ki.4.7).
