Ammihud was the father of Pedahel, a leader from the tribe of Naphtali. Pedahel son of Ammihud was selected by the Lord to be the representative from Naphtali who would assist in dividing the land of Canaan among the Israelite tribes. This was a significant responsibility, as it involved ensuring a fair distribution of the Promised Land.
