The Shunammite’s Land Restored
Now Elisha had said to the woman whose son he had restored to life, “Arise, you and your household; go and live as a foreigner wherever you can. For the LORD has decreed a seven-year famine, and it has already come to the land.” 2Ki 4:31-35Hag 1:11Psa 105:16Rut 1:12Ki 4:18Gen 12:101Ki 17:11Ki 18:2
So the woman had proceeded to do as the man of God had instructed. And she and her household lived as foreigners for seven years in the land of the Philistines. 1Ti 5:81Sa 27:1-3Jdg 3:3
At the end of seven years, when the woman returned from the land of the Philistines, she went to the king to appeal for her house and her land. 2Ki 4:132Ki 6:262Ki 8:62Sa 14:4Jer 22:16Luk 18:3-5Psa 82:3-4
Now the king had been speaking to Gehazi, the servant of the man of God, saying, “Please relate to me all the great things Elisha has done.” 2Ki 5:20-272Ki 2:142Ki 2:20-222Ki 2:242Ki 3:14-162Ki 4:122Ki 4:16-172Ki 4:3-6
And Gehazi was telling the king how Elisha had brought the dead back to life. Just then the woman whose son Elisha had revived came to appeal to the king for her house and her land. So Gehazi said, “My lord the king, this is the woman, and this is the son Elisha restored to life.” 2Ki 4:35Mat 10:29-301Sa 26:172Ki 6:26Act 8:27-40Ecc 9:11Est 5:14Est 6:11-12
When the king asked the woman, she confirmed it. So the king appointed for her an officer, saying, “Restore all that was hers, along with all the proceeds of the field from the day that she left the country until now.” Pro 16:7Pro 21:12Sa 9:71Ch 28:12Ki 9:32Deu 22:2Gen 37:36Jdg 11:13
Hazael Murders Ben-hadad
Then Elisha came to Damascus while Ben-hadad king of Aram was sick, and the king was told, “The man of God has come here.” 1Ki 11:242Ki 6:241Ki 20:11Ki 13:11Ki 15:181Ki 20:342Ki 1:9-102Ki 2:15
So the king said to Hazael, “Take a gift in your hand, go to meet the man of God, and inquire of the LORD through him, ‘Will I recover from this illness?’” 1Ki 19:152Ki 1:21Sa 9:71Ki 14:1-41Ki 19:172Ki 1:62Ki 3:11-132Ki 5:5
So Hazael went to meet Elisha, taking with him a gift of forty camel loads of every good thing from Damascus. And he went in and stood before him and said, “Your son Ben-hadad king of Aram has sent me to ask, ‘Will I recover from this illness?’” 1Ki 19:151Sa 25:82Ki 13:142Ki 16:72Ki 5:132Ki 5:52Ki 6:21Phm 1:14
Elisha answered, “Go and tell him, ‘You will surely recover.’ But the LORD 1has shown me that in fact he will die.” 1Ki 22:152Ki 1:162Ki 1:42Ki 8:13-15Amo 3:7Amo 7:1Amo 7:4Amo 7:7
Elisha fixed his gaze steadily on him until Hazael became uncomfortable. Then the man of God began to weep. Luk 19:41Jer 4:19Jer 9:18Psa 119:136Rom 9:22Ki 2:17Act 20:19Act 20:31
“Why is my lord weeping?” asked Hazael. Hos 13:16Nam 3:102Ki 15:162Ki 12:172Ki 13:3Amo 1:13Isa 13:162Ki 13:7
“Because I know the evil you will do to the Israelites,” Elisha replied. “You will set fire to their fortresses, kill their young men with the sword, dash their little ones to pieces, and rip open their pregnant women.”
“But how could your servant, a mere dog, do such a monstrous thing?” said Hazael. 1Sa 17:431Ki 19:152Sa 9:82Ki 8:10Mat 7:6Mic 2:1Psa 22:16Psa 22:20
And Elisha answered, “The LORD has shown me that you will be king over Aram.”
So Hazael left Elisha and went to his master, who asked him, “What did Elisha say to you?” 2Ki 8:102Ki 5:25Mat 26:16
And he replied, “He told me that you would surely recover.” But the next day Hazael took a thick cloth, dipped it in water, and spread it over the king’s face. 2Ki 8:131Ki 11:26-371Ki 15:281Ki 16:101Ki 16:181Ki 19:151Sa 16:12-131Sa 24:13
So Ben-hadad died, and Hazael reigned in his place.

As for the rest of the acts of Jehoram, along with all his accomplishments, are they not written in the book of the Chronicles of the Kings of Judah? 1Ki 11:411Ki 14:291Ki 15:232Ch 21:11-202Ki 15:362Ki 15:6
